This is a deck that we built using the Kreg DECK JIG™ hidden fastener system. It gives the deck a nice clean look without any screws showing.

A bathroom remodel with large format floor tile and tile tub surround. Includes a Design House vanity with single undermount sink and granite top.

Water damaged mud sill area of the home needed to be repaired. I removed and replaced all the damaged areas and redirected the downspout away from the house. Sikaflex® Self Leveling Sealant was used to seal the blue stone to the exterior wall.

I installed a slate tile front patio which was located underneath an upper deck area. The front post that were supporting that upper deck were located on the slab below, that needed to be tiled. I discovered that the slab was cracking under each post due to the weight of the deck above, which also included a very large hot tub. The slab wasn’t designed thick enough to support that kind of weight, so I was able to relocate the post off of the slab and on to concrete piers located in the front yard.

This was a stone house in Elmira that was built at the same time the Elmira reformatory was being erected. It was the Warden’s house and was made with the same stone as the prison itself was. The walls were about two feet thick and they were not flat, or plumb. The current owners were using an old window to get onto the upper level deck and I removed that window and installed a door for them.
